Released the same day as the Beatles EP, Vee Jay released another single from the Introducing The Beatles album. Do You Want To Know A Secret? would become George Harrison's very first A-side lead vocal, while the B-side Thank You Girl was the same B-side as the previous Vee Jay single release From Me To You back in 1963.

In case no one had noticed, Vee Jay records (with the release of this single) had managed to release nearly all of the tracks on their album Introducing The Beatles. Chart-wise, this Beatles single made the top five on all three record charts. Also, Billboard and Record World charted the B-side Thank You Girl, with Billboard putting it as high as number thirty-five, and Record World at number thirty-nine.
