Background
ATCO Records, like MGM, acquired the other four Beatles/Sheridan tunes as well (there were eight songs in all). And so, another record label decides to test the Beatles waters by releasing these two Tony Sheridan sung numbers. As with the MGM singles, ATCO credited the single as "The Beatles With Tony Sheridan". The record buying public were not fooled, and this record didn't chart at all, and dropped out of sight upon release.
