Welcome to this section of my webpage titled American Beatles Albums. From 1964-1966, Beatles albums released in the United States looked quite different than the Beatles albums being released in England. Capitol Records, which distributed Beatles albums here in the U.S., wanted to create more "product" for the then already frenzied Beatles market. As a result, Capitol Records "manufactured" their own versions of Beatles albums. This changed in 1967 with the release of Sgt. Pepper, and with one or two exceptions, Beatles albums were identical on both sides of the Atlantic.
At the bottom of this page is a list of the American Beatles Albums released between 1964-1970, including Compilation albums released after the break-up of the group in 1970. There are no lyrics pages here as this is for information purposes only. I hope you enjoy this section.
